Our recommended dishes for you to try!

We are excited to introduce new A4 Wagyu selections and our Japanese dishes for you to try at Aburiya Singapore. Our chefs and CEO works hard to create new and traditional menu items that will tickle your taste buds.


1. Gyutoro Don


A deliciously minced A4 Wagyu Toro with Nori (seaweed) strips, and sprinkled with Japanese spring onion served on our fluffy white rice. Eat it fresh or pour with our Aburiya Tare sauce for a more tangy taste.


Enjoy it today, only $15 a bowl at Aburiya Robertson Quay (The Quayside) and Boat Quay.



2. Aburiya Rosu and Aburiya Karubi






























It's worth the penny for every slice. Aburiya Karubi, gives a fattier texture that will melt in your mouth, while the Aburiya Rosu, has a tasty lean cut that you can slowly savour when dipped with our special Tare sauce.


Enjoy it today, only $10 a plate at Aburiya Robertson Quay (The Quayside) and Boat Quay.


3. Fresh Oysters from Japan



Bringing new taste to the table, we are now serving fresh oysters from Japan for you to try. (3 pieces) Served raw or lightly grilled, with ponzu & lemon slices, it's a delicious seafood menu to try! It's a big hit with our diners and due to the positive outcome, we will be importing more Japanese oysters for you to try. You may want to hurry as our stocks runs out fast.

It's $15 a plate, 3 pcs of oysters, only available at Aburiya @ Boat Quay.


4. Roast Beef Don


Introducing Roast Beef Don, carefully slow cooked and exquisitely sauteed, cold cut A4 Grade Japanese Wagyu Momo (thigh) topped with Japanese leek and rice.


Try out this succulently delicious Wagyu bowl, only $12 a bowl at Aburiya Boat Quay.




5. Roast Beef Yukke




Taste Wagyu in it’s almost bare and naked form. Slow-cooked and carefully sauteed Wagyu Momo (thigh), prepared with Naganegi (Japanese leek) slices, topped with mellow pasteurised raw egg yolk, and slightly poured with our delicious Tare sauce.
